UK Delivery

All packages will be sent via UPS Special Delivery and must be signed for on delivery.
Orders over £75.00 will be sent FREE Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
Orders under £75.00 will be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery for £4.95
All orders placed before 3pm will be delivered next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be sent out Friday for delivery on the following Monday
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday
If UPS are unable to obtain a signature from somebody at the address then your parcel will be returned to your nearest UPS depot and a card left with details on retrieving your package.

International Shipping

All packages will be sent via UPS.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. At Liquor Store we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us. We regret that we are unable to offer this policy for on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will however be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for sale goods.

Specifications

The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
